Lewis Lawson brings 44 years of teaching experience to Teaching Tours. A graduate of Hamilton College (BA) and the University of Richmond (MH), Lewis is very in-tune working with young people in their quest to gain experiential learning. For years, while teaching at Collegiate, he organized and led children from all over the area on bus trips so that they could learn first hand the material they had studied in school. Long an advocate of creating opportunities for inquisitive students to gain the experiences that will inspire them to achieve the goal of higher education, Lewis models the aims of Teaching Tours in its mission to enrich the lives of youngsters who may not have the means to do so individually.
Courtney Wright, a senior at James Madison University, created and designed our webpage. She keeps the webpage updated and is planning to join our summer Teaching Tours' trips as a teacher/chaperone.
A talented team of teachers with a wide breadth of knowledge offers teaching with passion and fun.
Their bios will soon be added.
